Pet-friendly policies and a charming decor with modern touches.
My stay was plagued by severe noise issues from neighbouring rooms, especially the toilet flushing. It felt uncomfortable and intrusive, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the tight entrance to the hotel was quite stressful, especially when trying to exit onto a busy road. a mirror would have been useful.

From the first moment, we felt so welcome. The brekkie was a serious winner! Plus, we had such a lekker big king bed and a room that was just fresh and comfy. The service from the staff was sharp-sharp, sorting our little Wi-Fi issue in a flash!

We had a canny time, like! The breakfast was top-notch, freshly cooked with quality ingredients. Carol was a dead canny host, always ready to help. Only downside was the busy road outside, but the beautiful garden made up for it a bit.

the entrance to this so-called hotel is absolutely ridiculous, it made my first impression less than stellar. also, who can actually sleep when every flush from the neighbouring toilet sounds like a bomb going off? i should’ve been offerred a room upgrade for all this inconvenience but alas, the treatment was as regular as they come. just couldn’t recommend it.

Had a solid experience with the breakfast menu that was exceptional—perfectly cooked and delicious. The charm of the decor with modern touches really made it feel cozy and inviting.
Dealt with some noise issues. could hear the neighbors talking too much at night, which was a bit annoying. The limited menu variety for dinner left me wanting more, and a couple of luggage racks would've been handy for easier packing. My room felt a tad smaller than expected, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times, which didn't help with the downtime. Plus, the lack of clear instructions for the TV made watching a movie frustrating.
